How I got the name Grizzly?
Back in the 70s there was a show called The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams. It starred Dan Haggerty. Each week it aired, I would go to work the next day, and one of my coworkers would say, “Hey, I saw you on T.V. last night.” He thought I looked like Dan Haggerty. So the nick name stuck.
These days, however, most people tell me I look like Willie Nelson.
